This person may grow up to have nightmares or flashbacks of the abuse. They may be extremely emotional and sensitive of criticism from others. I have bought $75 worth of e-books on the subject of PTSD and Battered Woman Syndrome and this is the only book that addresses C-PTSD. It is relatively short but comprehensive and has more content. Well organized and well written.
